We are lucky enough to live amongst many military bases and are surrounded by active and retired military people! Last week was a very active week with many of our local troops returning home. You can always tell when they are going to return because you see signs hanging from the pedestrian bridges! I pass this bridge weekly on my way to school. Last week it was overflowing with signs! It makes me have mixed emotions, I'm so excited for the families being reunited a
nd sad for the families wh
o have lost a loved one!
Most importantly, I just want to say "THANK YOU" to all the people past and present who has fought for our great country!!
